From in-home pump refill care and maintenance to 24/7 phone support from our nursing team, we are proud to offer our patients a range of care services to meet their needs.

Home Connect®: Experience the comfort and convenience of in-home TDD care

For patients whose therapy does not require controlled substances or opioid-based medications, Home Connect offers pump refills and maintenance from our skilled nurses in the comfort of your own home. Our nursing team* will partner with your doctor to provide the pump care you need, when and where it is convenient for you.

Home Connect includes: 
  • Routine and complex refills with independent programming validation between three qualified RNs
  • A full physical and functional assessment
  • Pump interrogations, adjustments, troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Pump remote assistance
  • 24/7 nurse access
  • MRI pump support, if required
  • Availability for frequent visits
Your doctor will decide if this program is right for you. If you are referred to Home Connect and approved for the program, one of our coordinators will reach out to you to discuss your care plan.

*Please note: All AIS Healthcare nurses work under the name “Advanced Nursing Solutions.” This name and logo will appear on their scrubs.
