AIS Healthcare is committed to protecting the privacy of the patients we have the privilege to serve. Our website uses cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to automatically collect IP addresses assigned to the computers and other devices you use, your internet service provider, device ID number, approximate geographic location, browser type, website pages visited, data related to how and when you use the website (i.e., date and time stamps, search terms, etc.), and similar information.

Why We Collect and Use Consumer Health Data

Business Communications: To communicate with you regarding web tool access and maintenance, provide you with information for marketing and advertising purposes, reply to any inquiries you submit to us, and other internal purposes. 

Web Tool Maintenance: To operate, manage, maintain, and repair our web tools, or to detect, prevent and/or otherwise address security, or technical issues.

Sharing Consumer Health Data with Third Parties

As necessary for the purposes described above, we share consumer health data with vendors we use to enhance our service offerings to you. We may share consumer health data collected for website management and hosting, email services, content distribution services, contact management tools, and other data processing services (i.e., support the delivery of, provide functionality on, or help enhance the security of our web tools), but before doing so, we make sure our vendors sign a Business Associate Agreement that obligates them to protect the privacy of the information we share.

We can change the terms of this notice and those changes will apply to all information we have about you. The new notice will be available upon request.
