Zina Berry

Vice President of Clinical Operations, Pharmacy

Zina joined AIS Healthcare in 2020 as Vice President of Clinical Operations, bringing more than 30 years of specialty and home infusion pharmacy operations experience. She previously held leadership roles at Walgreens and at Coram CVS’s specialty infusion services division.

Zina earned her PharmD from the University of Arizona. She has served on multiple National Association of Boards of Pharmacy committees. She is currently on the board of the Children’s Organ Transplant Association.

Travis Allen

Clinical Operation Manager, Panama City, FL

Travis brings nearly 15 years of pharmacy experience to his role as Infusion Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge at the Panama City facility. He previously worked for a number of large specialty and home infusion pharmacies. Before joining Advanced Infusion Care, he worked for Option Care, where he was the lead pharmacist in developing an immunoglobulin (Ig) center of excellence. 

Travis earned his PharmD from Florida A&M University. He is fully licensed not only in Florida but also in several other southeastern states.

Shadi Jamaleddin

Pharmacist in Charge, Garden Grove, CA

Shadi is a licensed pharmacist with over ten years of experience in home infusion pharmacy. She is dedicated to helping patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in the comfort of their own homes.

Shadi specializes in intravenous therapies and takes time to educate patients and caregivers, so they feel confident and supported throughout treatment.

Her experience includes working with complex therapies such as antibiotics, parenteral nutrition, palliative and pain management, and biologic medications. Shadi is committed to medication safety, clear communication, and personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs.

As Pharmacist in Charge at the Garden Grove location, Shadi collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to home. She is passionate about improving medication adherence, enhancing quality of life, and delivering patient-centered care every step of the way.

Shadi earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Roseman University of Health Sciences.

Michael Hicks

Pharmacist in Charge, Valdosta, GA

Michael brings more than 30 years of clinical pharmacy experience to his position as Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge at the Valdosta facility. His expertise includes community pharmacy, non-sterile compounding, sterile compounding and infusion medications dispensed in the home.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Georgia and has completed pharmacy certification programs in parenteral nutrition and hemophilia. He has served as President of the South Georgia Pharmacy Association and has been on clinical advisory panels for biopharmaceutical companies.

Kristen Whiddon

Pharmacist in Charge, Panama City, FL

Kristen brings over 13 years of experience as a Pharmacist to her role at AIS Healthcare. While largely working both in corporate and independent community pharmacy, her transition to specialty infusion pharmacy has been a rewarding endeavor.  She recently obtained an Immunoglobulin Certified Pharmacist certification from the Immunoglobulin National Society and is passionate about providing patients with specialized pharmaceutical care. Kristen received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Auburn University in 2011.

April Marlin

Pharmacist in Charge, Birmingham, AL

April graduated pharmacy school from Samford University in 2009 and joined AIC in 2018 as a staff pharmacist. Before coming to AIC, she worked in a community-based acute care academic medical institution, where she trained alongside physicians and medical residents. While she served in many roles, her favorite was her position as a decentralized staff pharmacist for Neuro and Medical ICU’s and Pharmacy Operations Manager. April is passionate about establishing connections with both her physicians and patients, with the goal of improving the outcome of their medication therapy.

Katrina Harper

Pharmacist in Charge, Dallas, TX

Katrina K. Harper has more than 25 years of healthcare experience in several clinical and leadership roles. She has been with AIS Healthcare for 4 years serving currently as the Infusion Pharmacy Manager for the Advanced Infusion Care Dallas locations and previously as Director of Clinical Education for both TDD and IG and as the Director of Pharmacy Services for the previous Ophthalmic Division. Prior to joining AIS, she was the Clinical Pharmacy Director for the nation’s largest member-driven, health care performance improvement company where she served as a subject matter expert in the areas of drug compounding, medication safety, regulations, quality, and compliance. Her previous experiences include being a Pharmacy Manager for a community pharmacy chain, Director of Pharmacy of a cardiovascular specialty hospital, and Medication Safety Officer for a safety-net academic county hospital. She has served as chairperson and adjunct faculty for an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Technician program at a community college. Katrina is also a recipient of the Texas Society of Health-Systems Pharmacist’s Larry C. Nesmith Pharmacist Recognition Award. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington College of Business Administration. She is also a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist, a Board-Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist and holds numerous other certifications.

Paul Gleespen

Pharmacist in Charge, Cockeysville, MD

Paul joined AIS Healthcare in 2020 and currently serves as Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist-in Charge at the Maryland location of Advanced Infusion Care. With more than 18 years of clinical experience, he has worked in a vast array of pharmacy settings managing daily operations to provide high quality patient care. These include independent community, chain retail, and specialty compounding pharmacy. He has expertise in regulatory compliance, process implementation, non-sterile compounding, sterile compounding, and medication management. 

Paul received his PharmD from the University of Maryland and is licensed with several state boards of pharmacy.

Cindy Dumas

Vice President of Pharmacy Services

Cindy joined AIS Healthcare in 2014 as Staff Pharmacist and is now Vice President of Pharmacy Services and Pharmacist-in-Charge at the Ridgeland, Mississippi, facility. She has a vast array of pharmacy experience including administrative, retail, institutional, academic, nursing home consultation and high risk intrathecal compounding. Prior to AIS Healthcare, Cindy served as Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services for the University of Mississippi Medical Center for Pediatrics and Neonatal Medicine, and was also adjunct faculty for the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. She provided students with pediatric experience through the Advanced Pharmacy Practice Electives and taught problem-based learning. Cindy retired from the University of Mississippi Medical Center after 25 years of service to the Department of Pharmacy.

Cindy received her Bachelor of Science degree and PharmD from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. Her involvement in many local pharmacy associations includes being a Past President for the Mississippi Society of Hospital Pharmacists.

Yun Johnson

Director of Pharmacy Services and Pharmacist-in-Charge, Dallas, TX

Yun brings extensive clinical expertise to her current position as Director of Pharmacy Services and Pharmacist-in-Charge at AIS Healthcare’s Dallas facility. Before joining AIS Healthcare, she was the Pharmacist-in-Charge and Operations Manager at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Milwaukee and a pharmacist at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Highly skilled not just in pharmacy sciences but also in acute care and critical care nursing, Yun leverages her experience and expertise to advance patient safety throughout the compounding process.

Yun holds a PharmD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also has a Doctor of Philosophy in medical and organic chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Lindsey Lepard

Director of Pharmacy Services and Pharmacist-in-Charge, Ridgeland, MS

Lindsey joined AIS Healthcare in 2023 as the Associate Director of Pharmacy Services. She has an extensive background in pharmacy and healthcare operations. Before joining AIS Healthcare, Lindsey was Pediatric Pharmacy Supervisor and PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Director at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. In these roles, she managed the daily operations of the pediatric pharmacy department, while also collaborating with providers to provide high quality patient care. Lindsey also assisted with the education of the pharmacy department by coordinating continuing education programs for pharmacists and providers, preceptor development activities, student education activities, and more.

Lindsey received a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Mississippi. She also completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
