Important Ophthalmics Product Update

As of May 2022, AIS Healthcare will no longer be producing NovoTears or OPDrops.

As of May 13th, 2022, if you have not received your first or second dispense of OPDrops the product will no longer be available through AIS Healthcare. If you have already made a payment and not received both set of drops prescribed, you may be entitled to a refund. Our customer service department will be reaching out accordingly. Please feel free to call 833-716-0861 about a potential refund or if you have any questions or concerns.

As of May 6th, 2022, if you have not had your blood drawn NovoTears will no longer be available to you through AIS Healthcare. If you have had your blood drawn and your product is in process, this will be the last dispense provided. If you have any concerns or questions, please call AIS Healthcare at 833-623-0803 or 833-716-0861.
